Meet the Team
Licensed since 2002, I have worked in all aspects of real estate from office development and training to property management and relocation. Detail oriented with a marketing background handling Residential Real Estate and Property Management in the Central Florida area. Thanks to our continued success with our clients and customers, in 2011 we opened up Scates Realty & Investment Properties, Inc., a full service brokerage and management company. With the creation of the brokerage we had the ability to take our extensive knowledge and business experience to offer our expertise, build a fair structure and have no upfront or transaction fees.
Our Team utilizes traditional marketing, social media and internet sites including "blogging" to move the houses through the advertising outlets. This also helps to procure interested parties looking for homes – which we all know the first shopping experience today, is online on internet land. We welcome client's sellers, buyers, tenants, or landlords to call us with questions or concerns, for advice to help them achieve the most satisfactory outlook on their investments.
Providing a superior level of informed, professional real estate services to buyers, sellers and renters in the Central Florida area. We handle showings & prospective tenant screening, lease preparation and executions, renewals and inspections as well as cooperate with other brokers.
Due to the expansion and several requests from our satisfied clients in The Property Management Department, we opened up Pink Door Holiday Homes, Inc. to assist those with Short Term Management and Vacation Rentals.
During our tenure, we pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. Since 2010 we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community, abide by their Code of Ethics and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Pink Door Management specializes in the professional management of single family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes and multiplexes for private owners and investors. We would be honored to manage your investment properties.

Married for 20 years and raising 2 boys and 2 fur-babies in the Central
Florida area, we know what family life is like and relocation is like!
Settling in Lake County after living in Seminole and Orange Counties, we
love the hills, parks and lakes and all the quaint pockets of history
Florida has in store for us.
As a Company, we strive to diligently assist those looking to have their
property managed whether one home, investment or full portfolio … we will
guide you from your first home to building additional investment options

While our company, Pink Door Management, handles Full Property Management
we also have the ability to assist those with Tenant Placement, House Watch
and Short Term Management services.

Pink Door Holiday Homes that are specialist with Golf Community, Land,
Luxury and Lake homes.

Claire, originally from Nottingham, England relocated to Clermont, Fl in 2013 with her partner Paul.
Claire began working for Scates Realty as part time help. She quickly became full time assisting with the Property Management department and taking leadership of the Projects Department. Since being with the company, Claire has enjoyed the daily problem solving and customer relations that go hand in hand within our long-term office.
Ready for a new challenge Claire is working alongside Eileen to create the sister company Pink Door Holiday Homes. This will be a great asset to the company as we will be able to offer both short-term and vacation rentals. Claire looks forward to helping tenants / owners old and new with the same level of professionalism that is associated with Scates Realty & Investment Properties.
